1. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in our courses, submitting an application, or browsing our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full.

2. Enrollment & Payments

• ✔All course fees must be paid in accordance with the payment plans agreed upon at the time of enrollment.
• ✔Brit Institute reserves the right to suspend access to course materials if payments are delayed or defaulted.
• ✔Refund eligibility is subject to the 45-Day Money-Back Guarantee and Placement Guarantee terms below.

3. 45-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Learners may attend classes for the first 30 days to experience the Brit Institute learning model. After the initial 30-day period, a learner with a valid reason for withdrawing, such as an unfulfilled programme commitment or a concern about course quality, may submit a request within the following 15 days for a 100% refund.

To remain eligible, the learner must attend 100% of classes during the initial 30 days and complete all assignments provided during that period. Failure to meet either requirement will void the 45-Day Money-Back Guarantee.

4. Intellectual Property

All content provided, including but not limited to course modules, videos, assignments, and presentations, are the exclusive property of Brit Institute. Sharing, redistributing, or selling these materials without explicit written consent is strictly prohibited and violates our intellectual property rights.

5. Code of Conduct

Students are expected to maintain professional behavior in all interactions with our instructors, staff, and peers. Harassment, discrimination, or cheating in assessments will not be tolerated and may lead to immediate termination of enrollment without a refund.

6. Placement Guarantee

Brit Institute provides a Placement Guarantee for selected batches. For eligible learners, Brit Institute takes responsibility for their placement; if Brit Institute is unable to secure a placement in accordance with the applicable programme agreement, the learner will receive a 100% refund.

To remain eligible, learners must maintain at least 85% attendance throughout the programme and complete 100% of all projects and assignments.

7. Limitation of Liability

Brit Institute is committed to providing high-quality education. However, we do not guarantee specific employment outcomes beyond our explicit agreements. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

8. Modifications to Terms

We may revise these Terms and Conditions periodically. Continued use of our website or services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
